In the underwater world, there is a never-before-told story: a mafia group known as "The Sharkini" is dominating all of Pisciland, having eliminated everything and anyone they find in their path. 

Now there is only one survivor: Alcapiscine, who had his family eliminated, his business bankrupt after the death of his father (Don Piscione) and his life ruined. Now, Alcapiscine has become embroiled in a relentless quest for revenge in order to completely eliminate this threat to the extinction of his species and rebuild "the lost empire" of Pisciland.
